Introduction

Nine years in the making we offer you the very latest in Caravan Park design concepts.

We proudly present a few of these features:

The park is located approximately 6 km North of the town centre and overlooks the entrance to Streaky Bay and its Islands Little Islands, Eba and Cactus in the immediate area. A quiet and peaceful location just minutes from the town shops and restaurants.,,

There are white sandy beaches with clear shallow waters and one can walk out at low tide and explore the Little Islands .
A great place to kayak, fish, swim or just relax on the beach and watch for the dolphins which often visit the Little Islands.

You can swim in the pool, kick back and read a book in the recreation room, play cards or chess or maybe a game of pool.
In the evening one can watch the sun go down over the bay with beautiful sunsets and clear starlit skies.
To the south of the park one can launch a small boat with 4WD from the beach.

Easy to park large private lots boarded by tree screening between sites with glorious ocean and bay views to the rear. Ample space between the van sites with plenty of room for your van, annex boat and your vehicle!

The large air conditioned recreation room has a pool table, large screen TV, family area, free book exchange, and a covered outdoor common area with adjoining cooking facilities.

MPEG 4 digital TV is re-transmitted throughout the Park, providing the free to air local channels of 7, 9, 10, and SBS. All you need is a standard digital TV antenna. (this re-transmission service is only available within the park) Channels 2 and 24 are available locally.

Drive through sites are available. (no need to unhitch)

Card activated boom gates (no codes to remember).

The main ablutions boast fully contained bathroom facilities.

Separate spacious private ensuites.

The building has sheltered outdoor seating and dining areas with the free gas BBQs nearby.

Nearly all sites have ocean and bay views.

The camper’s kitchen is totally enclosed with all the comforts of home.

The park has a store at reception for basic food supplies and a Cafe.

There are three short path-ways leading to the sheltered sandy beaches.

You can fish from the Islands at low tides, fish from the rocks at high tides, or just launch you tinny to one of the best fishing spots around.

Depending on the season, there is usually good fishing for squid,
king george whiting, blue manner crabs, and loads of others.

The Islands Caravan Park has a no dogs policy.
